A few bones to pick: you've got no vouches, people aren't likely to go first and 100k is a bit too high? I think if you became more flexible trades will come by quicker and easier.

I couldnt really care if i dont have vouches, I may go first for a person who does have quite a few. 100k an hc is what the price is on the australian hotel, Uk's 70k ea because its been around alot longer & its got alot more players = Lots more hcs/furni on .co.uk.

But the AU hotel also has less users, right? So that means there's a lesser demand for HCs and the price is reduced.

I dont think you know much about anything, and australia does have quite a few players, 100k ea is what they are worth, if youve got a problem just get lost please.

Edit : Less demand for hcs wouldnt mean there price drops, it would mean it would take longer to sell.

Even if I did get lost, I'm on a laptop so I'd still be able to talk to you as long as I could pick up a wireless connection. Good luck persuading people to buy...

And in relation to your comment about a demand for a product: if 500 people want your product, the value increases whereas if one person wants it you have to accept what they are offering (or not sell it). In real life, I'm sorry to break this to you, but there aren't any trade rooms where you can stand for hours trying to sell a product. You sell it for what you can when you can.

The HC sofa is valued alot more on AU than UK, 100k is a fair price.
