    You just create a PayPal account mate. I'm not sure but I think you need a bank account.

    Nope you dont need to have a bank account. Its in preferences it isnt called API though. Its a phrase that API is abreaviated for.

    Need a domain but dont have paypal... not to worry. You can purchase a domain via text or home phone at XeoDomains.mobi.
