yh, my main is a Tauren Warrior and I have another character that's level 15 or something, Undead.
What talents should I spend on? Arms? Protection? The other one?

well it depends
take arms if your gonna use a 2h ( 2 handed weapon )
or pick fury if you duel weild ( 2 1h weapons )
obviously dont pick protection at such a low level

I currently wield Smite's Mighty Hammer and I'm Arms. I want to Dual Wield though if I can get some good fast 1h dps weapons.

A quick guide to a warrior:
A Arms spec warrior is mostly use full in PvP, But it can hold its own in DPS in raids/Instances quiet well. I wouldnt use this spec as leveling up.
You want a slowe 2 hander with a high top damage.
A Fury spec warrior is a different ball game. Is played and specced correctly its the best DPS on the game. You need a slow Main hand around 2.3-2.9 and off-hand around 1.4-2.2
The off-hand is just for building mass amounts of rage. If you need more help just yell
Also i wouldnt go protection apart from Bloodthirst or w/e its called till 70 or so and thats only if you wanna tank.

My dude is an Undead Warrior, tbh you should make an orc now depending on your play style. Tauren's are good for tanks, orcs are good for basically inflicting damage.
Go Arms till level 70, then you can go protection / fury when you get into an end game guild, become protection and fury blows if you dont have the right equipment. Just stick withs arms / mortal strike till then, fury & protection arnt worth it until lvl 70.

Arms is terrible spec except for PvP tbh
Hit.. Wait 3 seconds... Hit... Wait 3 seconds... You get the **** battered into you. And trolls have pretty good racials for damage.
Undead is best for PvP..
Fury is worth it. Best ever spec.
