Acne on your chest is like any other acne. Just use things like sudocrem to get rid of it

I always just "pop" my pimples and stuff [I rarely ever get any pimples at all], and then after that I get my "Clearasil" and then clean my face. :]
Haven't had pimples for a couple months+ ;D

If you have that much trouble getting rid of it and things go and see your Doctor .
