there are alot of threads about myspace in the spam/discuss anything section- whether its problems that people come across or backgrounds/layouts people want rated- doesnt sound a bad idea to me.

I don't use myspace or bebo myself but I know what they are. I don't quite understand what it has to do with CSS or layouts though.

You use different coding to design your web page basically. It will be helpful for people wanting to create one i think anyways.
