Need Layout Coding - Expandable

Hello,

I need a layout coding in expandables ASAP. I will pay a couple of rares for the job. As long as it expands I dont really care how its done as long as its done well.

If you can do it, reply and then Ill PM you the layout.

Obviously it needs the content taking off.

I need all the left boxes to expand and the main content split into the two columns to expand. I need an iframe at the top and a marquee to go in and a box for the radio. Also the username area needs to be either coded as a username and pass box or a space left to be able to add one in.

PackageHosts is down for the next hour or so as its being moved to a better server. So if you cant view the image yet thats why.
