My brother's DT Teacher...

1st course:

End of year target: 5C


Most of the other kids targets were in the 3s and 4s but my brother was the only one in 5. He knew the knowledge but wasn't superb at the practical work.

In his first course he got 4C

Baseline: 4B
1st course: 4C

So he needs to approve.

Sadly he got 4c in that as well

2nd course: 4C

End of year target: 5C

But 4c is the 2nd highest in the class and the teacher has a go at him for being a whole level behind is target.

I reckon the baseline was too high.
