I won't do it for you but is VERY straight forward to set-up categories with More or less any forum software. I suggest you look at some guides. Google "setting up categories for (put your forum software name here)" and see what comes up.

just play around till you can set them up yourself, learn by doing

its very simple to do... thheres probebly help built into it if you look carefully.

but i don't think creating a free forum is a good idea if you have no idea what your doing
