Ok I'm training at rock craps and I know a lot of people take canons there but it's now getting over the top.

Every world I have gone too there has been at least one cannon sometimes two.

As it's my pure I'm training I do not want to do the quests needed to go to experiements as I would gain prayer levels, anyone know any other good places to train apart from Pestcontrol, rock crabs and experiments.

For experaments you don't need to finish the quest, just get up to the graveyard bit I think, then you can get in.

I have 40 attack and 35 strength and 1 def... Somehow I doubt I will be going there.

Correct, but you need to do the priest in peril quest and the quests if any needed for that, and I know for a fact you get prayer xp for priest in peril.
