Ok, my ebay account got suspended about 2 months ago and it's now gone on to no longer a registered user.

So I made an account with the same paypal, and now i'm restricted. Can't buy or sell anything. Is there anyways around this?

Also, I can't make a paypal account seeing as my bank account is a 14 year olds.

You can make a paypal account - anyone can.

You don't need to include your bank details to make a paypal account, unless you wanna set up bank funding.
