Well i know it used to be as safe as but then i left RS and seen a few posts about it being a 'Paypal hacker' or something along those lines a bit back.. So just post if you think its trusted. Thanks.

Yes, there was only one version that logged you password when it got hacked I think. But i've been fine.

no, you can have a paypal account aslong as you have the right funds & ways to pay.
