Perths

[Toughened]

Yeah so I think I have this disease or whatever its called, called Perths. Its supposed to be when your muscles ache and things but its really starting to bug me now.

Ever since Reception (4 Years old) I have had this problem. I cant do any sports because I know I will be aching that night when I rest. Even now I've been walking around school all day, then I went out and now I've come home and my legs are killing me. I couldn't even run across the road before they were aching that bad.

I know there's not much you can say but It's just really starting to annoy me. I really want to do sports like athletics (Which I used to do but I ad to pack it in because of this disease) but I know I will pay the price later.

Anyway that's my moan over.

My bodys like that but i just need to trade mine in I could make a list as long as my arm of health problems I have, Lots of people ache at the end of the day or running for a short distance.

My muscles ache after exercise. Its how u know uv exercised properly. Pretty normal i thought.

I suppose that is but Its like I ache after a long day of walking. And the problem I had when I was four was I couldn't walk at all. My family thought I was joking around but I really couldn't walk. It lasted like two weeks before I could walk again then that's when I got told I had Perths.
