"Lumps" in my ear lobes

Hi, I've had lumps inside my earlobes, for a long time now, I said to my dad he said it'd probably just gristle, but I dunno. It seems to change shape every now and again, sometimes loads of little dots, then a bigger lump. They dont hurt or anything, if I squeeze it, nothing happenes. Maybe it's part of growing up, I don't know, does anybody also have this or is it just me?

i dont know. not a lump in my ear lobe. my ear lobe feels like a **** apparently.

I get this, it is grissle, it's very spongy like and as you said it will change shape if you squeeze it. I think you can get it in other areas aswell, but it will gradually go away.

They're cysts inside your ear, nothing really to worry about.
