I am confused? You can edit it? The banner is in HTML tools for the IPB free forum? I can't remember what an IPB 1.3 forum Admin Panel looks like, but it is something HTML Editor (with CSS editor etc).

Find out where that pic is hosted on your host and rename your new pic to be the same, upload it and overwrite the old file, simple!

He can't.. When he doesn't have a host. If he has photobucket he could? I remember where it is!

Go into CSS editor and locate something like header/logohtml and it might be in there. I think it is in CSS editor.

In IP.Board 2.1 and above, there is a easy logo changer for each skin, unfortunately you are running IP.Board 1.3, and cannot edit templates.
