Orrr get every skill to 30+ Then 40+ Etc.

i'd probably say mage or range or pray first and then woodcut/fletch good money maker

Mining to 50/55 then use the ores for smithing =)

I'd say Runecrafting. Comes in useful, and low levels don't take too long. Good luck.
