    Default There are 3 english shakespeare tests

    Incase anyone didn't know, the government set 3 shakespeare plays to study to the whole of Year 9 in the country. They were this year..

    - Richard III
    - Much Ado About Nothing
    - The Tempest

    Whoever said its different counties for different plays. It's not lol..

    Cause we have 9 schools in my area, a few are doing Much ado, a few are doing The tempest and a few are doing Richard III.

    Who did Richard III? Isn't it meant to be a war story? Because I know an all boys school near me did that.

    I did Richard III as part of my History A level ='], not really the play though. I wish I'd done more Shakespeare, I know a little on the play and I don't like it, it's completely bias against Richard and describes him as being a disfigured maniac. At the time, learning Shakespear was boring, but now I'm really interested in it, I did Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet before though. I'm not really in year 9 though so this doesn't really apply to me, but whatever.<=]

    When I done Shakespheare for SATs, I done Macbeth, which was a tad boring but very easy to understand.

    I did Macbeth in year 9 as well. We watched a crap 80s video on it, it was about 20 minutes long. The scene where the Queen dies was withered down to a mere 10 seconds of;

    Banquo: Sire, the Queen is dead
    King: NOOOOOOOOO!!!
