    go to bob im lumb and repair it it'll cost some cash, if its (0) then it'll cost about 300-350k

    You cant trade barrows armour if they are damaged.
    So if you used it then you will have to repair it to be able to trade it.
    Just go see bob in lumb and he will repair them. It will cost more depending on how damaged it is.

    Also does anyone know what smithing level it is where its cheeper to repair the armour yourself at your house?

    smithing level makes it cheaper to repair at someone elses or your house. basically if you have 99 smithing the price is half of what it would cost u at bob in lumby.
