Make it so

goes to

www.froobe.co.uk/sub.php?text=namehere

But I want name here to be customizable so I dont have to keep adding them, like on www.you.justgotowned.com

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.yoursite\.com
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ([^.]+)\.yoursite\.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.yoursite.com/sub.php?page=%1 [L,R]

That should work
