Had the three flashing red lights around "The ring of light" and needed to send it to Microsoft for repair?

If so can you explain to me how/what I need to pack it in. I have rung the support line and this woman from India or some other country like that was on the other end and she explained what to do but I couldn't understand her because she spoke with a strong Indian accent, No offense to anyone that is Indian/have relatives but I just couldn't understand her.

Hi, i recently sent my xbox away for a new dvd drive, all they advised me to do was to put it in a box, you can get them anywhere and some bubble wrap would be wise
