The V13 rare has been spotted for the first time in the UK Hotel. I searched and it doesn't appear to of been posted. They haven't been released anywhere yet and is probably the 2nd one to be ever seen, 1 was seen in a Habbo Denmark quest.
It's in Lost_witness 'Hub Bar' and is very attractive I must say!
