I think this is PHP but the person gets to choose from a bunch of information in Forms. And then after the information is submitted it shows all that information...

Somthing like..

*= what the person chose from each list

Mood:
*Angry
Sad
Happy

Food:
Pizza
Apple
*Yogurt

Color:
Green
*Purple
Red

After the person submits, it would show this.

[Angry][Yogurt][Purple]
