i think this is a OCD i got, like if i have my ps2 on or my computer and the light blinks or something i start freakin out beacuse i am scared that it is going to come on by itself i know it sounds stupid but it happens and i dont know how to stop it i get all paranoid and then i start breathing heavy and then i either go cut it off or just sit there for like ever freaked out

Paranoia? Panic attacks? OCD doesn't sound like that... but yeah, go to your doctor about it if you want to know what it is....

OCD stands for obsessive compulsive disorder - it sounds to be like you're not getting obsessive over anything in particular, you just seem very paranoid. try talking to your doctor or parents about it, and they will help you calming down.

maybe you shouldn't self diagnose though, go doctors and see what they say, ocd isnt a bad disorder either, its like bpd and bi-polar, ect ect, called mental health disorders, geez, some people are stupid if they call you name cause of it.

Agreed. But then again in todays society, people use those names as insults, true or not true.

But yeh.. it does sound like paranoia.

Try to focous on different things if you start to feel paranoid.. That could help?

Or you could just be feeling real anxious about something that brings on this stuff. Talk to somebody you trust about it and maybe get some proper medical advice because none of us are really qualified to say what it is and you could get some wrong advice that might make you feel worse. =]
