It's hard to start a new help desk and become popular. Maybe you should try to hire some staff, then they will attract more visitors.

That's because there are so many helpdesks out there and now at Habbo, unlike the days when help was profoundly needed, we don't need them as much, people at help desks I know give out help once a day if lucky because noone need help or it's just a room where people work but don't help (Well they do) but they hang most of the time.
