Why do all the mods copy eachother e.g

benny gives a report


Mod1: Nice layout keep it up

Modtwo:Wow good report keep it up!

Mod3: Keep up the good reports

Mod4: Nice report Keep it up

To keep spam to a limit mabey only should talk if your saying somthing different :S

You can flame me if you like but tbh i dont care as im not gonna look back at this post :S

Part of our job description is to encourage individuals to report values, partly because we can see who has a good market knowledge and could join the team in the future, and partly because we need people to report values to help us get a general idea on a value so that we can publish it accordingly.

As part of this, when we reply to threads, we offer constructive criticsm. If we are doing this properly, we will back up what our colleagues have already said, aswell as offering further advice which might not have been mentioned beforehand.
