Yes, Leroy Rosenior, recently named manager of Torquay United was sacked after 10 minutes. He was due to take over the post on June the 1st, to start his second spell of managing the club. He accepted an invitation to take the post after the club's drop to the Conference.
However, just a few minutes after getting the job, it was announced that the owner of Torquay had sold his 51% stake in the club to a new consortium. They promptly told Rosenior that he wasn't in their plans and they were to bring in their own manager. Must be the shortest job in football, surely!
I thought Carlisle were bad under Knighton, but it seems like Torquay are turning into the club to laugh at that we once were . Very harsh, but that's football!
