    i have two programs to try
    firstly:
    http://www.redkawa.com/videoconverters/ps3video9/

    even though its ps3 video 9 it converts for ps3, wii, psp, ds etc


    secondly:
    http://www.divx-digest.com/software/3gp_converter.html

    the 3gp convertor can be set to convert to psp and/or ipod
