I'll get it 60 attack 70 strength for 8mil. (will take about a week or so)

I'll get it 60 attack 80 strength for 15mil. (will take about 2 weeks)

But in all honesty mate.. 75k to get all those levels just doesn't cut it...

If its a 1 def pure i'd start off training it f2p so i'd need alot of lobbies.

the reason why i dont supply it is cuz this is a chance for people to scam me.The reason why i made a new acc is so then i got nothing to lose if the person gets the or gets it banned

Id get to 40 then buy rune then train str flat out.
