How do i get recovs off my acount

How do i get my recovery questions off my acount =/

Think you do some1 else knows my recov's, fill in all details and they take em off right away

Go to account management then "Get an account back" or something [like when uve been hacked]
then click the drop down arrow then "Someone else knows my recoveries"
then fil it out as detailed as posible

I tried and it says not enough details even though i filled in everything
