Making a new site Need Owner

Okies i need a owner.. and some managements for a new habbo fansite that i will be making.. i will be handling on the buying and things but you have to get staffs and etc.. i will be providing the hosting and domain.. all i ask from you is some experience and what you can do to mak this new site successfull.. i would need a new domain name aswell..
