Right this is realy enbarasing and its realy hard to explain
Right i go to the toliet and 5 minutes i accidently wet myself and then i done some push up and i felt something snap in a way and my stomach realy hurts and i cant lift my stomach up that well. so i had a drink and 20 minutes later i throw up.
