Is there anyway at all which you can make cutenews addons? Or is there any around?

Just I want it so I can set anouncments.
Or would it just be best to use a DJ Panel?

i suppose you oculd just open the file look at the code and see lol

if not just make a hidden file which you can use to do it and use htacess to password it
