Log into a f2p world, bank all your items then go back to p2p and die.
(If you can't get an anti)

If you're badly poisoned it's probably best to just die, but poison does wear off eventually.

I remember when I was a wee noob at level 40ish out in the jungle and I got poisened, I was scared and didn't know what to do
I died and lost my rune which I worked for, I actually worked for it!
I was 11
