Ok i got ban on Phanes about a year ago :|
For admitting to scam
there were loads of people in a casino saying HE SSCAMS AND STUFF
so i was like "yea ok guys you know i scam ok?"
Then next i know i get a "you have been banned from habbo hotel for admitting to scam" (PERM)

Iv emailed emma.monks and just gotten "you sent this to wrong email"
Iv emailed the "hobba help team" or whatever and get auto response =\

WHO CAN I EMAIL TO HELP GET ME UNBAN!

Don't email Habbo staff directly!

Use the Habbo Help Tool (like you did), and you'll get an auto-reply (like you did). You need to "Reply" to that email explaining your message properly. The auto-response is always sent first because many Habbos don't read the FAQs before they use the Habbo Help Tool, and items in the FAQs may help them.
