Its probs cos of the lag, leave it a few mins and it should load, did that to me b4 :S

I had something similar to this, I had just finished adding a small sound effects track to one of my rooms and i went to test it out and then make a change to it, I clicked the machine and everything had gone
It loaded after a few moments though, its just lag
...or the possibility that you didnt actually save your track.

Click 'edit song' and see if the actual composition is still there.
