Green: Above Habbox
Blue: At Habbox
Red: Below Habbox

Sand Patch: 2 HC [three]

It seems with summer coming people are starting to want to make their room have that nice beach feeling. I think it will continue to rise.

Throne Sofa: 1.5 [twice]
2.0[once]
1.8[once]
1.4 [once (7 for 10 deal)]
It seems as though the demand for this rare has dropped and I picture it settling in at around 1.5.

Orange Para: 4.5 [once (swapping for gold bar)]
5.5 [twice]
6[once]

Trading most commonly a full HC below Habbox. I think this rare dropped because the horders are starting to sell off their surplus for summer. I see it going back to it value mid-summer.


Throne: 35 [once]
35.5 [once]
36 [once]
36.5 [twice]
37 [three]

This rare is right where it should be. It has been rising recently and I think 36-37 is going to be its price for awhile.

Green Birdbath: 2.5 [nine mostly 2 for 5HC deals)]
2.0 [once]
2.75 [once]
3.0 [once]

This rare is very popular for casino's so people are willing to pay whatever the seller is asking as long as it reasonable.

Majestic Chair: 2.5 [once(4 for 10HC)]
2.4 [once]
2.0 [twice]
This rare has lost a lot of demand and is trading well below the 2.8 Habbox value.
