If you pay somebody via paypal for an acc or rs cash, and you open and close the claim thing, is there anyway to get money back or is that it end of?

yes but if you open it, and then close it straight away, it says you cannot get money back any other way, i need to know if this is true?

i know if you keep open you would probs get money back, but if some1 went 1st, and they opened and closed the claim to prove they wouldnt try and get back, so the other could give them the acc/cash safe knowing that the money couldnt be reclaimed.

Kk, thats just what i wanted to confirm, that if i/they opened and CLOSED the claim, there would be no chance to reclaim money.

That's alright. Just don't do that otherwise if they scam, you can't get your money back. But if you do that, film it then you can send the video to paypal if you get scammed then they can take money from that persons paypal account and send it back to you if you have proof.

If you pay by C.C you can still cancel. Call up your Credit Card company and then they can cancel it even if you claim + close claim.

Creditcard - Yes you can claim back if you ring your company, or you can get it back (takes weeks) to claim back through paypal

Bank funds - No you cannot
