Hello i have been in several trading rooms and just watched what the following rares go for. Here is what my predictions are:

Petal Patch: Due to the fact that you need alot of petals in one room to make it look good. I have found out that the petal is on a rise and is worth 2.5 hc.

The dragon: Every one was expecting the dragon to rise loads. However due to the amount around the hotel it is currently only slightly rising and i predict its at 2-2.3 at the moment.

Yellow para: I have noticed the para is slowly rising, this is due to the fact that summer is coming and every1 needs a para in a summer room. Value= 1

Green: The same applies to this as well.

Throne sofa: The throne sofa is now around 4.2-4.3.

Throne: The throne goes up and down and i think its currently on a slight downer. 17.1-17.2 is my prediction.

Orange para: The orange para is on a slight decrease 7.4.

The full para: Due to the fall in orange para the full para is around 10.9
