Calm down dear, it's just some content! I'd just speak to the people who have done it, or alternatively maybe when you've done some article you should make it into a graphic so it's watermarked and can't be stolen? >_>

Contact the host of the content stealers. They'll compare the two and check which one is older. Or they'll just deal with the other site immediately without comparing.

Lily watermarking is easy! Just get a graphics program and print screen the text or copy it into the program then edit ect then make a second layer under it and watermark it with your name and website!
