Post when Habbo's down/back up.

Theres too many threads saying "Habbos down!!1" "It's back up now!11" so I think it's a good idea just for 1 thread. Loads of other forums have threads like this so I think it would stop the News and Rumours section getting spammed up and won't use as much bandwith.

There is no need for this, I actully like the threads called ''HABBO BACK UP'' ''HABBO DOWN'' It isn't like I'm or anyone else will stroll through this thread to look if habbo is up or down, its gonna be more quick if it is up or down by trying to log in, also people will just neglect this thread, just like the
rare thread, Also I don't see the problem with threads saying ''HABBO DOWN'' its not like you own the forum so theirs not a problem with you or the thread creator, remember more threads+posts = more popular!

Even when Habbo's is down just for matinence,
theres about 100 threads about it. :S
