    Default Best free web host and free forums site?

    Okay I want to make a habbo fansite, need a free host with subdomain and I want forums for it too. I would like to know what everyone thinks is the best free website and forum host. I would like the host to have an easy editing thing, and the forum host to have good admin area etc. Also, do you know any good programs for coding a website? Again, free lol.

    P.S. I don't want freewebs or piczo or something, they don't do what I want.
