at times they can be hard to sell and that can at times put people off..
they may rise later in the year

As said above, it hugely demands on the amount of people wanting them. If nobody wants them, then they don't sell. If people DO want them, then they sell like hot-cakes for 8-12hc per.

Probably best holding onto them for the moment, and selling 1 by 1.
