I'd say Port Phasmatys. Just outside of the bank, there's a looong strip of land which is perfect for firemaking. I used to fm there anyway.

Never go to the rogues den place or w/e its called, it bores the hell out of you. Go somewhere where theres alot of people so you don't get bored and stuff. Varrock west bank and Falador east bank are good places.
