    Default I bought an Account of Harmony lvl 100 for 5.5m And Hes not giving Recovs?

    He just wont give me the recov's and the pass just keeps being changed and i have to ask him to change password,

    ive gave you a reason, THEY ARE MY RECOVS FOR ALL MY OTHER ACCOUNTS.. they have like 100m+ all added in total.. you know the name for 2 of them already which is like 50 mil. obviously you have a keylogger ? it got hacked back like 4 times its not my fault.. i wasn't even online when it happened.

    Read the guide in the runescape section saying how to remove them.. Takes about 24 hours

    just ask him to recover change the pass

    and wait around 2 weeks or something for new to set
