i went on wikipedia for next weeks episode and got this:
"As the Master arrives in 21st Century - as Mr Saxon, Prime Minister - the UK enters a period of terror. Who are the Tolcafane? What is the power of the Archangel? What lies at the heart of the Valiant? And how will The Doctor, Martha and Captain Jack escape the end of the universe?"

So i googled Tolcafane, not so interesting:

Shadowcat, a regular commenter here, pointed me at the name of the monster for the finale of season three - the Toclafane. As best I can make out, it's a new monster. It's referred to in at least one source as "a new alien race".

The Tolcafane are indeed new monsters, I have heard that the Judoon come back looking for an Alien race new to planet Earth. Its not the Master they are looking for so I have reason to believe its the Tolcafane. I have also heard roumers of the Rani returning played by Zoe Lucker, then here comes the next shockwave........
In 2008 a second Doctor Who movie is confirmed to be released. Bliie Piper aka Rose will meet the Doctor one last time as the Daleks, Cybermen and a whole range of old friends and enemies return.

All the three "mysteries" of the end of the series; the Toclafane, the power of the archangel and the heart of the valiant appear to be religious in connotation.

The heart of the valiant is referred to twice in Judeo-Christian texts, both in prophecies. When just 'The Archangel' is used, it tends to refer to the Archangel Michael who had the power to summon the armies of God and Toclafane may be a latin-greek *******isation to refer to the offspring of a temple.

If this is fitted in with the theme of the lonely god as the Doctor, then this would imply Mr Saxon as some sort of anti-Doctor, which would fit in with the Master, fighting for control of all creation or ultimate power.

This has NOTHING to do with it, but you may be wondering about the old Prime Minister, Harriet Jones;

The Master may be the new prime minister, Mr. Saxon, who's presumably taking over from Harriet Jones. Harriet seems to have had a very short sitting, then, which throws some doubt on the 9th Doctor's comments about her being a major figure in the 21st Century. Saxon was also mentioned on posters in Torchwood, during World War II, so he's pretty definitely not human.

The Doctor "knows" things about history (Harriet Jones) but he can also change them. It was the 10th Doctor who didn't like how she dealt with the Sycorax and thus uttered the "6 words" that would be her downfall, at the end of the first Christmas special.

The Doctor changed history, by his own judgement. Shows how much The Doctor has changed - the Fourth refused to wipe out the Daleks despite all he knew they would do; the Tenth was happy to ruin a woman's career despite all the good he knew she would do ("England's second golden age" or some such).

Looks like a bit of confusion there.

I dnt think the movie bit is true...theres a kind of finality on Rose. They keep mentioning her though.

The movie one is probably not true. Maybe the Tocla things are those spehere things in the next time advert...? is it me or was Harriet Jones on the next time advert, but seems to have aged a bit?

And that movie thing is the stupidist load of crap I've heard. My reasons?

A) Rose can't come back, she's trapped. If there was a way the doctor would have found it!

B) The cybermen are trapped in the void, along with the daleks (except Dalek Cann) so they cannot return.

Seriously if they do it's stupid.
