Help Me!!! I need it big time!!!!

Ok, see now that I got your attention Im new here, so bear with me. I havent been on habbo for a week!!! because of this forgive punctuation anyways when i choose enter habbo hotel (www.habbo.co.uk/client) it goes to the sulae thing you know where its black and sulake with the bar it only loads liek this much.

and it will always do grey box Oops, Error! error occurerd, press ok to restart program
And when I press Ok it does a black screen.
And it sucks I deleted my cookies and temporary ineternet files, but how do I delete cache and I use Internet Explorer. One more thing I dont know if this helps as you know currently on the habbo homepage the DJFuze or whatever wearing green top and blue pants with green shoes and spiky hair? I cant see his head!! for some reason and I cant make sounds and the homepage wont stop loading. so any help guys?????

Search Cache through your computer i think..All i can think of is re-install shockwave.
