The show home has all the upgrades because the builder wants the customer to fall in love with the show home and want one just like it. 210 for that house in NewYork would be a STEAL seeing as something like that would go for 500-600 in the right area.. when do you move in?!

haha, I love it too, it has all the upgrades and its sooo lush inside, I have a balcony in my room, my rooms kinda small in it, but the balcony makes up for it.
