Help overall with rogue

Hello i am a level 34 human rogue, i don' have much knowledge of the game and kind of need suggestions where i could improve on.

Here is my character:

Please could people maybe suggest on how to improve my talents or if i could improve my armour at a low cost.

well the first thing i suggest is

to lose all the items that contain spirit and intellect it is pointless for rogues

secondly try get a bit more stamina and agi well much more agility

I do try but most armour with stamina and agi are lower level gear ;[

Do get lucky sometimes and get some gd stamina and agi, thanks for tip though i will look around for these more.
