well staff are usealy are people who work for a company, or in this case a website, companys dont empy workers to make the company?
you get a website, then get staff u cant realy do it the other way around "/

get a simple freewebs site and put in some content. maybe people will want to work. i wouldn't want to work for a site with no site....

erm im the co-owner and we need a good host and then the template then once the site is open with some stuff on jobs will be given out
