Dharoks because it hits high when you on low hp and its got good def.
Veracs is good as well it hits through armour and prayer (i think), dose not have very good def but has prayer bonuse

torags legs n pl8 obs shield / rune defender whip + beserker helmet + fury/ glory is good setup

iv got 2.5 mill to spend on nu stuff [iv alredy got full torags] so i fink fury is out tha window lol.

Torags helm, legs n pl8, rune defender and whip/torags hammers with rune boots.

I would go for the offensive move.

- Berzerker
- Str,glory or fury
- Fight torso ( Take few hours to get )
- Torag legs or Verac Skirt
- Rune defender
- Whip
- Rune boots

i have that and i can hit 42 with whip

Erm other than that full dharoks with whip and defender wen low hp change to axe.
