My Tips...
Im not 100% sure what a turntable looks like but I'll give you some general Pixel art tips.
You have got the Isometrics Perfect (all lines are paralel etc) The box does not line up perfectly with the tiles, and the tiles lines arnt pefect to start with.
As for the shading, dont go up through the middle in that manner go, around the sides with one colour.
EG, fill it in in a grey and use a white or a light grey for the edgeing.
also be aware that side smaller side needs to be darker because of shadow.
